Our Christmas meeting/lunch is a great opportunity to invite your friends, family, hams and non-hams so everyone can join us for a good time of Fun, Food and Fellowship.
If it's been a long time or you've never joined us for a meeting we want to send each of you a special invitation to attend. In place of our typical monthly program we will have a few interactive programs including "Ham Radio Password" to include gifts to winning teams. We will have non-Ham related games and discussions, so non-hams will not be left out and feel at home.
This month's meeting will have a pot-luck lunch type menu and we are asking for a few folks to volunteer to bring items, GC ARES will provide the meats, ham and turkey. For those who are able to volunteer to bring items see below and email back to me so the list can be updated.
We recognize that not everyone can commit to bringing items and that's perfectly fine, please attend anyway and bring someone with you. The most important thing you can bring is you! We want EVERYONE to attend and have a great time.
Needed Items:
- Ham and Turkey - provided by GC ARES
- Dressing and or gravy
- Rolls
- Napkins and eating utensils - Scot, NI5I
- Paper plates and styrofoam cups
- Tea, sweet and unsweet, sodas (coffee will be provided by GC ARES)
- Desserts (three dessert items)
- Sweet potato casserole - Delisa, KG5AZL
- or anything else you care to bring, please list do not be bashful.
- MOST Important... bring guests and yourself.
